U Twenty-nine percent are already getting their health insurance through a government plan: Medicare (for senior citizens), Medicaid (a state/federal program for low-income families, known as MassHealth here in the Bay State), or the military (through Veterans Administration programs run through Tricare, CHAMPUS or CHAMPVA).
