    If he had been her general physician or obstetrician, talking about factors in her life (including stress and poverty) having an effect on her weight and subsequent health, and saying she's fat in that context, wouldn't be inappropriate IMO. But if what he's being accused of having said is actually true, he absolutely needs to be disciplined at least. I don't think he should lose his liscense, but a refresher course on appropriate paitent contact would definitely be in order. (CBS News)
