As a WHS alumna (Class of 1980) and a Wellesley parent whose two children at WMS and WHS will likely see little or no benefit from the new high school project, I would appear to be one of those summoned by Gerry Murphy in last week s Townsman to help save the old building ...     As a concerned resident, I am advocating that the restoration of the 1938 WHS be put before the town as a viable option for consideration of the high school building project ... The existing WHS building was completed in 1938 as a prewar construction project ... It is common practice to restore prewar buildings that, like WHS, have been deemed structurally sound.
