West Nile spraying set Aug 22, 2009
Spraying is done to reduce the risk of West Nile encephalitis, an infection that can result in inflammation of the brain. Residents who live in the areas where spraying is scheduled are asked to shut their windows for 30 minutes after spraying occurs near their homes. (Erie Times-News, PA)
